As a Nutritional Therapist, I am passionate about how the foods, drinks and substances we consume affect health.
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in Naturopathic Nutrition. I specialise in one to one nutritional coaching
in particular the area of digestion and the gut microbiome.
I have been passionate about food as medicine for over 25 years, since curing myself of digestive health issues through dietary changes in my 20’s
and qualifying in naturopathic nutrition and becoming a Nutritional Therapist. Using this knowledge I help people achieve better health, even where
the medical profession has failed. All health starts with the foods we eat and our diet is our best tool to better health.
I educate people about digestive health via nutrition and understand the health issues that
surround dietary behaviour, encouraging a healthier lifestyle, through positive food choices,
exercise and reducing stress. This approach is now recognised as ‘LifeStyle Medicine’.

My children have benefited from a very young age from my dietary guidance and now they

it is to understand their own nutritional needs. I passionately believe that children MUST be
taught in early years how to eat healthily and why.

I created the NutriKids Characters & Books to help parents and teachers encourage children
to learn and appreciate healthy foods. I am hoping to develop this brand into a fully rounded
educational tool that will have a lasting effect on long term health.
