Join us for your Vinyasa Yoga. The sequence will be similar every week making it easy to get into the rhythm of the class. It will be live streamed from my cedar wood cabin bringing some calm energy into your home. Plus a deeply relaxing guided Yoga sleep at the end. Unlike a pre-recorded class, you will be greeted and welcomed to class, you will be with other like minded people and feel part of a class.
